bukamata: stand up and speak

assalamualaikum and hello :)

recently, I had watched a video about a group of secondary school boys were beating their class leaders...a few weeks later, another video about bullying when viral on social media but now it involved a group of girls bullying a girl...they force her to swallow a wet socks, almost make her go naked and lastly they cut her hair...how sick is that?! And this week, a new video, a 4 min video showing a girl and a boy fighting at a religious school...not the sweet-couple fight but this was a real fight...that girl threw the black garbage bin to the boy....WOOOW!!!

So after I had done watching all the videos, I was in shocked and I kept asking myself why all this happening in our society? Our society is getting morally sick.  We need a to be treated.

To my dear readers, let me ask you a few questions...in your opinion, who should we blamed? Why is this happening? What can we do to stop bullying from happening again?

Ibn Khaldun have proposed his view on history cycle theory. He stated that a civilization can only be remained up until three generation only.

1. People who lived in the first generation have that fighter spirits and assabiyah spirits.
2. Those who lived in the second generation have the brain and skills.
3.The last generation are those who were start to have a better life causing them to start lose their manners and identity.

As a Muslim, we have been taught to practise the amar ma'ruf,nahi mungkar or enjoin good, forbid evil concept.Everybody have the rights to rebuke...all you need is courage and remember to use nice words when you are giving advices. How you can persuade someone to do good deed if you are using harsh words on them?

Regarding the punishment given to those kids, that is by expelling them out of school, I don't think it quite appropriate. For me, everybody deserves a second chance. Instead of punish them, how about we consult them. Giving them advice instead of saying they are wrong. By doing this so, at least they have a better future and time to fix themselves to be a better person.

In addition, the society should play an important role to prevent...if we couldn't prevent at least we can lower the number of bullies in the community itself....and bullies aren't teenagers only...sometimes adult can also be bullies too but they act of bullying are called abuse.

And we can act individually too....if you saw someone was being bullied..please...please report the incidence to the responsible parties..there are lot of NGOs that fight for this injustice act...

Lots of points need to be written down but I'm afraid it will be too long....and I know most of the points written here aren't quite relevant to each other but hey, you get what I'm trying to said right?
